The Kemptown Elementary School 2012 Talent Show is scheduled for Friday, May 25, 2012 at Urbana High School.

All performers are required to attend a mandatory Dress Rehearsal on Tuesday, May 22, 2012** Date Change. Both nights start at 6:30 pm.

Permission slips deadline was February 10th. Students may only participate in one solo act and one group act (in addition to the Fifth Grade Act).

All participants must attend a scheduled audition on either Monday, February 27th or Wednesday, February 29th. Each act will be given a time slot for their audition. If you would like to request a specific time or date, please make sure it is on the form. Both auditions will be held at Kemptown Elementary beginning at 6:30 pm.

Please do not bring props to the audition. Additionally, each participant will be required to attend a mandatory practice/music check on either Tuesday, April 24th or Thursday, April 26th.  

All music must be a single song and limited to two minutes. No mixed numbers. Please attach a copy of the lyrics to this form. Music must be submitted on a CD the night of the February audition. CD’s will be returned at the Dress Rehearsal.

PLEASE NOTE: The 5th Grade Act has first choice of songs. If your song is one already chosen by the 5th Grade Act, we will ask you choose a different song. Songs cannot be duplicated by acts and will be tracked daily once picked up from the office on a first-come, first-served basis. If you submit a duplicate song, we will contact you immediately so you can choose a different song.
